What the source record says
Three two-story powered-shell buildings totalling 900,000 sq ft on 49 acres, developed with parent American Real Estate Partners (AREP). The 65 MW figure is the campus figure in PowerHouse's own groundbreaking release; a facility directory separately lists a 200 MW figure for the site, which is not recorded here because it was not read on a primary page this session.
