Confirmed via PowerHouse's own site: delivered October 2023, sold in Q4 2024 to a third party. Kept as a real, distinct, currently-existing facility that PowerHouse itself still profiles in its portfolio; ownership transfer does not remove it from the map, but a future pass should confirm the new owner/name if PowerHouse's page is eventually retired.
