What the source record says
Fourth QTS campus in the New Albany International Business Park, on Miller Rd (Licking County) — 5 buildings, ~2.1M sq ft on 161 acres, announced December 2023 alongside the Babbitt Rd (III) site as part of QTS's ~$4.4B New Albany expansion (aggregate across III + IV; no reliable per-site investment split disclosed). Auditor use-class "Industrial Vacant Land" (no structure assessed yet) is consistent with a permitted/pre-construction stage. Distinct from QTS New Albany I & II (Beech Rd SW). No site-specific IT-load MW disclosed. QTS Data Centers is owned by Blackstone (2021 take-private).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
