What the source record says

Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City's FY2016 annual report and Salt Lake City Council District 2's public summary of its CRA project areas name no beneficiary matching Oracle, and no general web search surfaced an incentive award; a candidate address (1499-1521 S 4800 W) sits well outside the footprint of all eight RDA project areas, which cluster downtown and along the North Temple/9-Line corridors. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing. Distinct from the separately tracked Oracle West Jordan campus (Project Sequoia).

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
