What the source record says
A Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) state tax rebate reported at more than $15 million, and a local West Jordan Economic Development Area (EDA) reimbursing a portion of Oracle's property-tax increment (reported at "nearly $10 million," for property acquisition and site improvements), were reported in May 2008 for this project. As of that reporting the local EDA's structure was still pending ("Representatives from local governments will meet sometime in July to determine the structure of the incentive"), and construction was halted from March 2009 to 2010; no document located in this session confirms the local EDA was finalized or survived the halt. Recorded as reported in 2008, not confirmed executed — no subsidies entry added, since reported eligibility for an incentive is not the same as a confirmed award.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
