Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City's FY2016 annual report and Salt Lake City Council District 2's public summary of its CRA project areas name no beneficiary matching Unisys, and no general web search surfaced an incentive award. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing. The facility's exact site is not independently confirmed (candidate address: 480 N 2200 W, Salt Lake City — corroborated by two business directories but not tied to the data centre specifically by any source).
