None of Salt Lake City's 8 RDA/CRA project areas' published boundary descriptions place 572 South Delong St inside them — it sits south of Depot District's 400 South line and east of the 9 Line corridor — but this exclusion rests on published boundary descriptions, not a parcel-level GIS overlay (Salt Lake County's parcel viewer could not be queried this session). No source names Flexential in any RDA participation agreement, project-area annual report, or board minutes. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
