What the source record says
Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-05): no site-level subsidy found. 179 Social Hall Avenue sits within the RDA's Central Business District (CBD) project-area boundary (bounded by North Temple/500 South and 400 West/200 East) — but sitting inside a project area is not itself a subsidy. The CBD's own published list of RDA-funded participation developments names exactly four projects (Paperbox Lofts, The Aster, 150 Main, West Quarter), none at Social Hall Avenue and none a data center, and a full-text search of the RDA's FY2021 annual/audit report returned zero mentions of "Social Hall." Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
