What the source record says
Checked against existing-TN.txt before finishing: this is NOT a renamed/duplicate variant of xai-colossus-2-memphis-tn. That record is the original ~1M sq ft converted warehouse purchase (Whitehaven, operational per the existing roster). Minihard is a separate, NEW-CONSTRUCTION building on the same broader Tulane Road campus -- Baxtel (fetched) explicitly distinguishes the 'existing warehouse' (Colossus 2) from 'an additional planned facility' under 'a $659 million building permit for a new 312,000-square-foot facility,' and Wikipedia (fetched) independently names it 'a denser Minihard building under construction at ~5414 Tulane Road,' as distinct from both Colossus 2 and from the Southaven, MS 'Macrohardrr' site (out of state, excluded). Status also differs: Colossus 2 is operational; Minihard is under_construction. Press reporting (not independently fetched this run) puts the building at 4 stories / 75 ft on a 79-acre permit parcel with ~220,000 GB300 GPUs; those figures are omitted pending a directly-fetched primary source. Coordinates are an OSM ADDRESS POINT for 5414 Tulane Road (Nominatim returns category=place / type=house at 34.9994934,-90.0429461), NOT a mapped building footprint -- corrected 2026-09-13 after an earlier note in this record overclaimed it as a building way. precision is therefore approximate, not exact: the point locates the street address, not this building. Note the sibling record xai-colossus-2-memphis-tn carries the same class of address-point pin ~20m away, which is why the two appear near-identical; a separate review found an OSM building way tagged for Colossus 2 some 760m from that pin, so the campus buildings are NOT where either address point sits.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
