PowerHouse's own portfolio page lists 'CTP-02 and CTP-03' as a platform entry; baxtel independently corroborates PowerHouse CTP-02 as a named facility at this campus. Joint venture with Chirisa Technology Parks and Blue Owl Real Estate.
