No participation agreement, tax abatement, or incentive names Flexential, ViaWest (its predecessor brand at this site), or Consonus Technologies (the facility's original builder); West Jordan's own Redevelopment Agency page lists six named project areas by street range (Town Center, Industrial Park, Southwire, Spratling, Downtown, Briarwood), none of which covers the Campus View Drive corridor. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
