What the source record says

Three-phase campus through 2030; originally filed anonymously as Project Red Hawk via LLC Stone Applications. Phase 1 operational July 2025. Phase 2 under construction. Coordinates at Elliot and Sossaman roads, SE Mesa. 2019 development agreement requires >=$600M capex by 2025, >=$1B by 2029, 750,000 sq ft built by 2030, and a >=$65,000 average full-time data-center salary; construction workforce has been cited around 1,200 (an estimate, not a permanent-jobs count). Status reflects Phase 1 (Redhawk 1), operational since July 2025; Phases 2 and 3 remain under construction, which is why Google's own US locations index still lists Mesa under sites in development.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
