What the source record says

Google's flagship South Carolina data center in the Mount Holly / Moncks Corner area of Berkeley County — one of Google's first U.S. data centers, operational since 2007, expanded since. Google states $13B+ invested in South Carolina since 2007 (a statewide figure spanning Berkeley + the tracked Dorchester County sites, not site-specific). DISTINCT from the tracked Google Ridgeville (Project Dawson) and St. George (Winding Woods) campuses, which are in Dorchester County. No site-specific IT-load MW is disclosed. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of a disclosed campus address; a county-parcel pass could upgrade precision to exact. Re-checked 2026-09-10 via Google's own current data-center site: the Berkeley County/Moncks Corner facility is still described as one of Google's active South Carolina facilities, consistent with recorded status 'operational'. No new capacityMw, water/cooling, street address, landAcres, jobs, subsidies, or community data was found for this specific site despite targeted checks of Santee Cooper's newsroom, generation-projects, board-meetings, IRP, and economic-development pages; Berkeley County's own government site (403 Forbidden on every fetch); SC Governor's newsroom; SC Commerce newsroom; scbiz.com; and Google's own site (no per-site address/capacity breakdown -- Google groups all three SC facilities under one page). Santee Cooper's board-meetings page appears to render minutes/agendas via a JS document-management widget not retrievable through a static fetch, so its content could not be checked this run.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
