What the source record says
Operator's own directory (csquare.com/data-centers/phoenix) lists two distinct Phoenix-market facilities: PHX1 (Phoenix proper, ~40,456 sqft, 13.3MW) and PHX3 (Mesa, 1301 W University Dr, ~154,000 sqft total / 50,256 sqft raised floor, 17.3MW). The OSM candidate's name 'PHX1 - Mesa' conflates the two -- the Mesa facility is officially PHX3, not PHX1. Corrected the official name accordingly. Confirmed via csquare.com directory + corroborated by datacenters.com and PeeringDB listings for Centersquare PHX3 at the same address.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
