What the source record says
Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-05): no site-level subsidy found. Every Eagle Mountain Community Reinvestment Area with a data-center purpose (Sweetwater #2, #3, #4, and Triple Tail) has a named beneficiary and none is Google — Sweetwater #2/#3 are QTS's, Sweetwater #4 is Meta's, and Triple Tail is Tract's — and a same-week rewrite of the SLTrib incentives story names only Meta and QTS as recipients of Eagle Mountain's data-center tax breaks, not Google. Google's October 2021 land purchase also predates by roughly 2.5 years the only geographically plausible project area (Triple Tail, whose drafting the Agency did not authorize until April 2024). Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
