What the source record says
Colocation facility in the 1255 Euclid Avenue carrier-hotel building, downtown Cleveland — 7,440 sq ft raised floor, 0.4 MW critical IT load. Distinct from the already-tracked Lumen Cleveland 1 (4000 Chester Ave). The same building also houses 365 Data Centers (CL1) and BlueBridge Networks as separate colocation tenants; recorded here as one representative record rather than three near-duplicate pins at one address.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
