A separately-operated colocation suite inside the 1 Summer Street carrier hotel, the same BUILDING as the tracked Markley Group One Summer Street facility. Different operator, different suite, separate PeeringDB facility record - recorded as a distinct facility, not as a second entry for Markley's space.
