Referred to locally as 'Salem 2'. QTS Data Centers, backed by Blackstone, with land aggregated by 4-3 Consulting LLC across about 1,700 acres bought from 96 landowners for more than $500 million. Coordinate is a township-centroid geocode; no parcel-level location has been published, and it therefore coincides with the coordinate used for the separate 4-3 Glenbrook 'Salem 3' record - the two are different land assemblages by different developers.
