What the source record says
Operator lists up to six buildings, up to two stories, 1,890,000 sq ft developable on 170 acres, max utility power 450 MW, power delivery Q2 2027 and construction/delivery 2027–2030. PowerHouse Data Centers is wholly owned by American Real Estate Partners (AREP). Distinct from the separately tracked AWS Hobart campus — different developer and a different stated capacity; no street address is published, so coordinates are the city of Hobart.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
