Franklin County Auditor assessed building area is populated (695,120 sq ft) on the campus parcel (050-002806, land-use class 'data center', Amazon Data Services Inc) = built, not a bare shell; data-center directories (DC Byte / datacenterHawk) list the campus's early buildings as operational with later phases still under construction. Expansion continues.
