Approved by the Ohio Power Siting Board under Ohio's HB15 behind-the-meter law, overriding local zoning. Distinct from the Scioto Darby campus. Coordinates are now parcel-exact via the Franklin County Auditor (parcel 050-011455, 4580-4640 Cosgray Rd, Amazon Data Services Inc, data-center use class, ~95 ac).

The Bloom Energy fuel-cell / backup-generator permitting litigation noted in the record concerns on-site power and does not bear on the data buildings' operational status.
