What the source record says
240 MW hyperscale campus on ~105 acres at Faircrest St SW & Kropf Ave SW, Perry Township (Canton). Panattoni bought the land Feb 2025 (Clayco GC); excavation underway; two 220,000 sq ft + two 154,000 sq ft buildings targeted for ~April 2028. Amazon was confirmed as the end-user by the Stark County commission president and Canton's mayor to the Canton Repository after Panattoni initially withheld the tenant. Perry Township approved a 30-year, 75% property-tax abatement in March 2026. Coordinates approximate (township-level). Developer: Panattoni Development Co.
