What the source record says
Part of TPG Real Estate / Catellus Development's 2,100-acre Quantum Frederick campus on former Alcoa Eastalco aluminum plant (closed 2010, demolished 2017) in Frederick County MD. Coordinates are approximate for campus area near Buckeystown/Adamstown. Location.city set to Adamstown per the more recent, project-specific Frederick News-Post coverage (2025-11-11, via Yahoo Finance); the 2021 Maryland Dept. of Commerce announcement had said "near Buckeystown" — recorded here so the choice is auditable rather than looking arbitrary.
