What the source record says

Rowan (Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners + Birch Infrastructure JV) serves as AWS hyperscale host at Quantum Frederick. Three campuses planned on-site total; Bauxite I is Phase 1 at 300MW. 777,150 sq ft total campus footprint. Coordinates approximate for same Quantum Frederick campus area as Aligned record. Location.city set to Adamstown per the more recent, project-specific Frederick News-Post coverage (2025-11-11, via Yahoo Finance); the 2021 Maryland Dept. of Commerce announcement had said "near Buckeystown" — recorded here so the choice is auditable rather than looking arbitrary. AWS is the confirmed tenant of Bauxite I on this former Alcoa Eastalco Works site — AWS's first Maryland data center; no source confirms go-live as of this pass.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
