What the source record says
Blocked 200 MW campus (89 acres, 3 planned buildings, down from 4) at Broad St & Mink St in the Pataskala industrial park, which would have run on on-site Bloom Energy natural-gas fuel cells. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 5–2 on 2026-06-03 to recommend rejection (staff had recommended approval), and City Council rejected the site plan 7-0 on 2026-08-25. Recorded as cancelled because the city denied the application; note that Aligned itself has not abandoned the project — its general counsel said the company would “reflect and regroup.” A citizen charter amendment banning data centers over 25 MW goes to Pataskala and Granville voters on Nov. 3, 2026. Coordinates approximate (Pataskala city-center).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
