Land is positioned between the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center and the Virginia City Highlands, just southeast of Lockwood, with parcels ranging from 250 to 1,200 acres and existing industrial zoning. This is a land-and-power park with no named tenant or building programme disclosed; the 2,500 MW is Tract's stated site capacity, not a built or contracted figure. Coordinates are the Lockwood reference point, not a parcel boundary. Distinct from Tract's Silver Springs / Sapphire site in Lyon County, which the tracker already carries. Public-reception check (2026-09-10): The 8,590-acre Storey County site (between the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center and Virginia City Highlands, southeast of Lockwood) was already zoned industrial with data centers as a pre-approved use at acquisition (2024-06-18), consistent with Storey County/TRIC's long-standing industrial-friendly zoning posture. Checked: Tract's own project page and its 2024 acquisition press release -- neither mentions a public hearing, county-official statement, or any resident opposition/support specific to this parcel.
