Tract withdrew its rezoning application for the Mooresville Technology Park (Iredell County) in August 2025 after community opposition. The Mooresville mayor said there is 'no longer an active request' to build the data center and that it was removed from all future town meeting agendas. (This project was already withdrawn ~11 months before Compute Atlas added it as 'proposed'.)
