Aligned with Hanover's Route 33 Gateway Small Area Plan. Distinct from Tract's Tuckahoe Technology Park in Goochland County. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the Route 33 / Mountain Road corridor in western Hanover near the Henrico line.
