1,211 total acres in five parcels ranging from 153 to 318 acres, north of the Town of Ashland along the I-95 corridor, zoned M-1 Limited Industrial for by-right data center use with up to 110-foot building heights. Distinct from the two Tract records already tracked: the cancelled Mountain Road Technology Park (western Hanover, denied May 2026) and Tuckahoe Technology Park in Goochland. Coordinates are an approximate geocode north of Ashland, not a parcel-confirmed point. Public-reception check (2026-09-10): Checked Tract's own project page (2026-09-10); it lists only acreage, capacity, and zoning/utility specifications with no mention of public hearings, rezoning votes, resident opposition, or support. No community-reception record found in this source.
