A Maricopa County island between Buckeye and Goodyear, on both sides of Yuma Road between Perryville Road and Jackrabbit Trail. Plan is 28 buildings across two campuses totalling about 5.6 million sq ft, individual buildings 149,000-260,000 sq ft, with roughly 100 acres set aside for parks and public uses and a 15+ year build-out. No MW figure disclosed. Distinct from Tract's tracked Buckeye Tech Corridor site, which is a separate ~1,700-acre holding inside the Buckeye city limits in the Cipriani area south of I-10 — the two neighbouring cities' formal objections to Project Range confirm it is not the campus they already entitled.
