What the source record says
Steelcase Pyramid campus, Gaines Township, Kent County MI (south of Grand Rapids; NOT the city of Wyoming, which is a separate municipality ~5 km north). Total campus target: 1.8M sq ft, 320 MW, ~$5B investment across all phases. Phase 1 (225,000 sq ft white space) and Phase 2 (312,000 sq ft) operational; Phase 3 in planning/early construction as of 2025. Michigan's largest data center by capacity. Coordinates are approximate Pyramid campus location on East Paris Ave, Gaines Township. Status re-check, NO change proposed - but flagging a possible mislabel for a maintainer. This record has the oldest basis in the state (lastUpdated 2025-01) and sits at 'under_construction' while the campus itself has been open and serving customers since 2017, with buildings added incrementally. I did NOT propose 'operational' because the only opening evidence I could fetch predates the record's own 2025-01 basis, so the maintainer may have chosen 'under_construction' deliberately to track the ongoing second/third-building expansion. Deciding this needs a maintainer's intent, not more sources. No cooling or water source was fetchable; switch.com/pyramid renders its specs via JavaScript and returned only a headline.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
