622-acre QTS expansion in Sandston/eastern Henrico adjacent to the existing White Oak Technology Park; conceptual plans show as many as 13 data center buildings (approved development plan ~7), on ~236 developed acres with ~386 acres open space. Distinct from Iron Mountain's White Oak campus. QTS is separately advancing a ~1,100-acre / 17-building expansion of its Henrico hub.
