What the source record says

CANCELLED: QTS withdrew Jan 28-29 2026 after DeForest found the proposal not feasible and the Village Board signaled a 7-0 rejection of the required annexation; WI DOA found the 1,572.5-acre annexation petition not in the public interest. Active footprint was 650 acres (five buildings). Capacity omitted: no source discloses facility IT load; the 750 MW figure was a grid renewable-energy-credit commitment via Alliant, not the campus draw. INVESTMENT OMITTED: the $12B figure is secondary press only (QTS said 'multibillion-dollar') and unrealized. Projected 5,000+ construction and 'hundreds' of permanent jobs were never realized (project cancelled). The $50M community commitment was a QTS-to-county pledge, not a government subsidy. Coordinates are the DeForest centroid.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
