Confirmed via NTT's own Ashburn locations page; a dedicated VA8-specific NTT page was not directly loaded but multiple third-party listings (datacentermap.com, datacenterhawk.com) corroborate VA8 as a real, distinct building on the NTT Ashburn campus.
