What the source record says
A distinct Microsoft site from the Victory Logistics District land in Fernley that the tracker already carries. Microsoft owns roughly 274 acres in Silver Springs, restructured into three parcels of about 223.18, 32.6 and 18.7 acres. The BLM decision notice for the 345 kV fold names NV Energy as applicant and does not mention Microsoft or a data center; the Microsoft linkage comes from the county proceedings and the Basin and Range Watch summary. No building programme, capacity figure or construction start has been sourced. Coordinates are the Silver Springs reference point, not a parcel.
