What the source record says
225-acre campus at the northwest corner of Bullard Avenue and Yuma Road in Goodyear; eight data centers and over 1.8 million sq ft at full build-out, capable of 350 MW, with a 144 MW first master-plan series and a 72 MW opening phase. Distinct from the tracked Vantage Phoenix (Goodyear), Stream PHXA (Goodyear) and Microsoft Goodyear campuses — different operator and different parcel. Coordinates are the cited Bullard Avenue / Yuma Road intersection from OpenStreetMap; the campus lies to the northwest, so the pin is approximate.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
