'OC2' is a legacy Cyxtera/Savvis codename for this same building, now branded 'LAX3' on Centersquare's current site (independently confirmed by OSM, which tags this building 'Cyxtera LAX3 Data Center'). Capacity corrected to 24.9MW - Centersquare's own disclosed Utility figure (matching the convention already used for the tracked centersquare-phx3-az record) - from a stale/inconsistent aggregator figure of 12MW that does not reconcile with that same aggregator's own suite-level sub-splits. No AI/HPC-specific marketing found for this building specifically. Distinct building from Centersquare's other Irvine facility, LAX5 (2681 Kelvin Avenue, formerly aggregator-labeled 'LAX2'), approximately 0.7 miles away - same operator, not the same campus.
