AWS campus on Rippee Road south of the Port of Morrow industrial park: OSM maps six AWS data-center buildings (refs PDX4, PDX52, PDX55, PDX58/61 and two unlabelled) at 78531–79539 Rippee Road, owner Vadata Inc. IT capacity not published. Coordinates are the centroid of the mapped buildings. Distinct from the Lewis and Clark Drive campuses ~2 km northeast and from the proposed Threemile 'Exascale' record.
