What the source record says
Vantage owns a 143-acre site near 48th Avenue & E-470 in Aurora (Adams County) for a planned five-building CO21 campus. Per two independent data-center industry trade directories (Baxtel, DataCenterHawk) as of 2026-09-13, this building 'has not yet been commissioned or leased,' target completion year 2028, no power currently under construction. NOT listed on Vantage's own public data-center-locations page as checked directly on 2026-09-13 (vantage-dc.com/data-center-locations/) — treat as an early-stage land hold rather than a confirmed active build. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the '48th Avenue and E-470' road intersection (Nominatim), not a parcel address.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
