What the source record says
60,000 sq ft, 5 MW LEED-certified data center delivered design-build by The Weitz Company for developer Oppidan. Construction started summer 2023 and completed May 2024. Oppidan's first data center in Iowa, and the model for its larger Cedar Rapids project. A street address (5900 Thornton Ave) appears in third-party listings but could not be confirmed on a page fetched this session, so it is not recorded here.
