Irving City Council approved separate incentive packages for four Microsoft data centers. Terms reported: minimum 15-year leases on two buildings by the end of 2025 and on the remaining two by the end of 2026, occupancy of at least 500,000 sq ft by the end of 2026, and at least $200m of added taxable personal-property value by 2027. No street address, acreage or capacity is published in the fetched sources, so coordinates are a city-level geocode. Distinct from Microsoft's tracked San Antonio and Pecos projects.
