What the source record says
53-acre campus on the north side of Lakewood Boulevard near Barrington Road, approved by the Hoffman Estates Village Board in May 2021. Distinct from Microsoft's Elk Grove Village and Northlake sites. Investment figure is the capital-investment commitment recorded in the state MOU; a trade-press account attributes a higher figure to the campus, so the state number is used here as the documented commitment.
