What the source record says
Microsoft Azure data center campus on Urban Industrial Way near Pangborn Memorial Airport, East Wenatchee, Douglas County — first building operational (grand opening Dec 2022), additional buildings under construction, on ~340 acres. Under a Douglas County PUD Schedule 4 power-delivery agreement, Microsoft is contracted for up to 180 MW at full build-out (KPQ, citing the PUD agreement); the first building's permit was valued at $409M (Wenatchee World). DISTINCT from Microsoft's tracked Malaga campus, which is across the Columbia River in Chelan County (served by Chelan County PUD). Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the Urban Industrial Way corridor; a county-parcel pass could upgrade precision to exact.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
