Google data center at 14706 Schram Rd, Papillion, Sarpy County — announced Feb 2019 (built under shell entity Fireball Group LLC / 'Project Wizard'), a $600M project on ~275 acres, groundbreaking Oct 2019, operational ~2021. Confirmed by Google's own Nebraska location page (which lists Papillion, Omaha, and Lincoln as Google Nebraska sites). DISTINCT from the separate tracked proposed Google/Tenaska gas-plant project in SE Nebraska (Gage/Otoe area). No site-specific IT-load MW is disclosed. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the disclosed Schram Rd address; a county-parcel pass could upgrade precision to exact.
