What the source record says
Exact site is unknown and undisclosed. Tenaska has optioned over 2,600 acres across Gage, Lancaster, Otoe, and Cass Counties in SE Nebraska since December 2025. Coordinates are approximate centroid of the Otoe/Gage County search area. Reported capacity range is 1,000–3,000 MW depending on phase; 1,000 MW used as minimum. Google has invested $3.5B in Nebraska since 2019 across existing Papillion, Omaha, and Lincoln data centers. Legislative feasibility depends on LB1261; could be operational by 2029 if approved.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
