Distinct from the existing FirstLight Portsmouth, NH record and from Consolidated Communications' separate Manchester site (770 Elm St, ~2 miles away) -- this facility is at 77 Sundial Ave. OSM matches a building named 'Sundial Center' spanning street numbers 1/3/25/77 Sundial Avenue (way/183679768), used in preference to the nearby US Census interpolation. Baxtel's New Hampshire directory page lists this site at roughly 14,000 sq ft; the facility-specific page describes it as a 'Tier II facility,' 'fully operational,' with power/space figures redacted pending direct contact with the operator. No numeric MW capacity confirmed.
