Address confirmed by two independently fetched directory listings (Baxtel, Data Center Journal) and by an OpenStreetMap building match explicitly named 'Consolidated Communications' at this address (way/1019398284, used in preference to the very close US Census interpolation). Trade coverage describes it as a Tier-III-equivalent carrier interconnection facility originally built out by FairPoint Communications before FairPoint's New England operations came under Consolidated Communications; that corporate history is not independently re-confirmed here. Data Center Journal lists colocation floor space as only 506 sq ft -- notably smaller than the 'interconnection hub' framing used in other coverage, so both figures are flagged rather than one being picked. No MW capacity figure could be confirmed from a source actually fetched in this run, so capacityMw is omitted.
