OSM directly names the building 'Oxford Networks' at this exact address (way/667796922) -- Oxford Networks is a legacy regional-ISP brand confirmed (via its own website's 301 redirect during this run) to now route to firstlight.net, i.e. the same FirstLight Fiber corporate family reported in Baxtel's listing. US Census had no match for this street (likely too new for the TIGER address-range dataset -- 'Resilient Circle' is a newly-named street at the redeveloped former Brunswick Naval Air Station business park), so the OSM building match is the only geocode available here. Baxtel lists the facility as 'fully operational' with power/space figures redacted; no numeric MW capacity confirmed.
