What the source record says
111 Eighth Avenue (the historic 1932 Union Inland Terminal #1 / "Google Building"), Chelsea, Manhattan — Google owns the building; Digital Realty operates JFK10 as a colocation tenant. 111,000 sq ft (Digital Realty's own figure). A third-party estimate of ~18MW capacity is not confirmed by the operator and is omitted. Major carrier hotel with DE-CIX New York and MegaIX New York peering. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the building, not a confirmed parcel pin.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
