What the source record says
Landmarked 1930 Art Deco former Western Union building in TriBeCa, Manhattan — the East Coast's most important carrier hotel / interconnection point, hosting 100+ telecom and data-center tenants. Represented as ONE consolidated facility record rather than one per tenant, since the physical building is the meaningful unit. Total building size is 1,149,619 sq ft, 24 stories + basement, per an authoritative SEC EDGAR CMBS filing (2023) — this is whole-building square footage, not data-center-specific space. No whole-building data-center power (MW) figure is disclosed by any verifiable primary source; a 50MW figure appears on aggregator sites but traces to an unverified 2014 reference and is not repeated here as fact. The one solidly-verified tenant figure: Hudson Interxchange (HIX) occupies ~173,000 sq ft with a 15MW Con Edison feed (+2MW expansion announced), confirmed via Data Center Dynamics (2024-08-21). Figures for Digital Realty and DataBank's space in this building could not be independently confirmed from primary sources in this research pass (conflicting numbers across aggregator sites) and are deliberately omitted rather than guessed — capacityMw is left unset for the same reason (no reliable whole-building total exists). Coordinates are a building-level geocode from a map aggregator, not independently verified against a primary GIS source.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
